Email is a vital means of communication for academic and professional purposes. This paper investigates the usage patterns and security awareness of unitbv mail users. We analyzed a dataset of unitbv mail user accounts and their email activity to identify trends and vulnerabilities. Our findings indicate that while unitbv mail users are generally aware of basic email security best practices, there is room for improvement in terms of password management, phishing detection, and secure communication habits. ❌ Email is a vital means of communication
