Open the Phone app. Tap the three dots (Menu) in the top right corner. Select Settings. Tap on Supplementary Services or Calling Accounts. Select Call Barring. Wait for the settings to load from your carrier.
The default password for call barring is often set by the carrier. Common defaults include 0000 , 1234 , or the last 4 digits of the phone number. If the user has set a custom password and forgotten it, the SIM card may need to be reset by the carrier (see Section 5).
