Before you throw your mouse across the room: Have you fixed it
Right-click the installer file and select "Run as Administrator" . not your software.
Try a different pack. Seriously. Download a fresh .iconpackage from Stardock’s own WinCustomize.com. If that one installs fine, you know the problem was your original file, not your software.
