JDeveloper 14c (specifically version 12.2.1.x) is the most recent stable release of Oracle’s IDE. It offers complete support for the entire development lifecycle, including modeling, coding, debugging, and deployment.
Log in with your Oracle credentials. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one. You may need to verify your email address.
Once logged in, you will be presented with the "Terms & Restrictions" for using Oracle software. Read the agreement carefully and click "I Accept" to proceed.
