The file becomes a radio play, a collection of disembodied voices bouncing around a hard drive. You can hear the timing of the jokes and the melancholy of the score, but the physical shell is gone. The file itself has become a ghost—a trace of the original broadcast, compressed and stripped down, haunting the文件夹 (folder) of a stranger's computer.
