To enable Active Directory Users and Computers on Windows 11, you must first ensure you are running Windows 11 Pro, Enterprise, or Education. The Home edition does not natively support RSAT because it cannot join a domain. If you have the correct version, you can proceed with the installation through the Settings menu.
After installation, restart or log off and back on to see the shortcut.
