If your spooler just glitched out, a simple restart might do the trick. Type the following commands into the black window, pressing after each one.

Press Windows + S , type cmd , right-click on Command Prompt , and choose Run as administrator .

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter :

Right-click on and select Run as administrator . Click Yes if a User Account Control (UAC) prompt appears. 2. Stop the Spooler Service

Wait for the message: "The Print Spooler service was started successfully."

net stop spooler

The Print Spooler relies on the "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" service. If that is turned off, the Spooler cannot run. You can check dependencies with this command:
