Bengali Dinner __exclusive__ ✓

Tonight was about simple flavors done right. We started with the sharp, spicy kick of (bitter melon stew) to cleanse the palate, moved on to a classic Macher Jhol (fish curry) with brinjal and potatoes, and polished off mountains of rice with a side of Begun Bhaja (fried eggplant).

It’s funny how the sound of mustard seeds crackling in oil can instantly make a house feel like home. Tonight, I’m full, grateful, and definitely skipping dessert... unless there's still some left! 😉 bengali dinner
