Adobe Won't Open [WORKING]

Adobe uses background services for license validation. On Windows:

Adobe apps store user preferences that can become corrupted. Rename the preferences folder (e.g., for Photoshop on Windows: C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop [Version]\Adobe Photoshop [Version] Settings ).
