Milkha Singh Now
The title was given to him by General Ayub Khan, then President of Pakistan, after Milkha Singh won a 400m race against Pakistan's star runner Abdul Khaliq in Lahore in 1960. Impressed by his speed and grit, the General said, "You didn't run, you flew."
