Inside this menu, look for the "Waste Ink Pad Counter" option. The software will allow you to "Check" the current point value of your main pad counter. If it shows 100% or a high number of points, you proceed by clicking "Initialization." This wipes the digital memory of the counter back to zero. After the software confirms the reset, you must turn the printer off and then back on to finalize the process.
