Check the boxes for and Platen Pad Counter . Click Check to see the current percentage. Click Initialize to reset the counters to zero.

Remove the waste ink tank at the back of the printer, wash the sponges with warm water, dry them completely, and reinstall. Option B: Replace the pads with a fresh maintenance box.

What are you using (Windows 10, 11, or Mac)? Have you already downloaded a specific tool , or Are the lights flashing simultaneously or alternately ?

The software will ask you to turn the printer off and then on again. Do exactly that. Your printer should now be back to a "Ready" state, and the red light error should be gone. Remove the waste ink tank at the back

Click the Select button. Choose "L3200" from the Model Name list and click OK.
