Telltale File Validation Failed
A sudden loss of Wi-Fi or cellular connection during a large update (like a new episode) can leave files incomplete.
If you are a developer or using a specific niche tool where the file is actually named piece (or similar), the validation failure means the content inside the file does not match the expected hash.
