The plot follows the classic beats: Jane Parker ventures into the deep jungle, only to encounter a primitive, muscular man raised by apes. However, instead of the chaste romance seen in Edgar Rice Burroughs’ novels, this version focuses on the primal, uninhibited awakening of Jane as she abandons "civilized" society for the wild.
