The movie follows Danny (Anthony Ilott) , an emotional young man who inherits a mysterious, hidden woodland resort named Hobb Springs deep in the West Virginia hills. Accompanied by his girlfriend Toni (Aqueela Zoll) and a group of close friends, Danny's journey to claim his family heritage quickly devolves into a gruesome nightmare when they discover the resort is managed by a sinister clan of inbred mutant cannibals.
