Georgie Cooper takes a job at the local pharmacy to earn extra money. There, he meets Veronica, a rebellious girl who is working as a stocker. Georgie is immediately smitten and attempts to impress her. Meanwhile, Missy feels left out of Georgie's new life. Georgie eventually tries to change his persona to fit what he thinks Veronica wants, leading to typical teenage awkwardness. This episode marks the beginning of Georgie’s long-running pursuit of Veronica, a character who becomes a recurring love interest.
A solid middle-of-the-season episode (7/10). It won’t top anyone’s “Best Of” list, but the Fiero gag and Missy/Meemaw scenes make it worth watching. The HDRip quality is more than adequate for a casual rewatch or first-time viewing. young sheldon s02e09 hdrip
