The first season introduces us to Ben Tennyson, now 16 years old, who is still enjoying his summer vacation with his grandfather, Max. However, their peaceful lives are disrupted when Ben discovers an alien device known as the "Ultimate Way Big," which eventually leads to him meeting Rook Blonko, a skilled Galvanic Mechamorph from the planet Galvan Prime. Rook becomes Ben's partner, and together they travel through space, fighting villains and protecting the universe.
