He hit Q for the Spot Removal tool. He changed it from "Clone" to "Heal." He found a clean patch of skin near the spot, clicked, and dragged. The software calculated the texture. It wasn't perfect on the first try. He did it again. The clone stamp overlaid a circle. He adjusted the opacity.

He switched to the Tone Curve panel. He clicked the Point Curve and dragged the bottom left point up slightly, adding a fade to the blacks—the "crushed black" look that was popular in the indie film circles of the early 2010s. lightroom 5.7.1

He went to File > Export . He had an export preset named "Print Ready 300dpi." He selected the destination—a folder on his desktop. He hit Q for the Spot Removal tool
