If you cannot find the specific installer, you can sometimes use drivers already on your system:
Limitations: This method relies on Microsoft's database matching the Hardware ID. It often fails for niche hardware or older upgraded systems.
Installing a newer IMEI driver on an older chipset can sometimes cause system instability or sleep issues.
Your PC will boot and run basic tasks without this driver. Bad news: You might lose sleep/wake functionality, system temperature monitoring, or certain power-saving features.
Every hardware component has a unique identifier. To find yours: Open (Press Win + X and select it).
In rare cases, the Management Engine may be disabled in the BIOS.
