Dub Repack - Grave Of The Fireflies

The English dub (specifically the Sentai Filmworks version featuring Corinne Orr) faced an impossible task: match the authenticity of a toddler. The result is commendable. While you can occasionally hear the "acting" in the delivery, the performance captures Setsuko’s innocence and her gradual decline with harrowing effectiveness. The confusion and lethargy in her voice during the film's final act are translated well, preserving the gut-punch of her fate.
