This paper outlines the software architecture and functional requirements for a localized information system tailored for the administration of criminal records ( cazier judiciar ) within the jurisdiction of Făgăraș, Romania. The proposed solution, herein referred to as , aims to transition the local bureau from manual registry keeping to a digitized, secure, and query-efficient environment. The system prioritizes compliance with the Romanian Law 290/2004 regarding criminal records and GDPR regulations concerning the processing of sensitive personal data.
