Quoted 8 weeks, took 14. Several status updates had to be chased. One slider screen came slightly warped – replaced under warranty, but took another 3 weeks. If you’re not in a rush and have a reliable contractor, PGT is fine. Just don’t expect direct-to-consumer speed.”
