User Guide: How to Log in to HSBC Online Banking using a Secure Key This guide explains how to log in to your HSBC online banking using a Physical Secure Key or a Digital Secure Key (via the HSBC Mobile Banking app).
Prerequisite: Know Your Device Before you start, determine which type of Secure Key you have:
Physical Secure Key: A small, portable device with a numeric keypad and screen (often black or green). Digital Secure Key: A feature built into the HSBC Mobile Banking App on your smartphone.
Method A: Using a Physical Secure Key (The standalone device) Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page hsbc secure key login
Go to the HSBC website for your country. Click "Log on" or "Online Banking" . Enter your Username (or Banking ID). Enter your Password (or memorable answer). Click "Continue" or "Log on" .
Step 2: Activate the Secure Key
