Note: The mobile app has limited features. You can mark a sender as "Not Junk," but managing the specific block list is often easier via the web browser.

If you've accidentally blocked someone, or if you've resolved a dispute with a sender and want to see their emails again, you'll need to remove their address from your blocked senders list.

You must log in via a web browser (Safari or Chrome) using "Desktop Site" mode or use the method described in Method 1 above. The mobile app does not currently display a full editable list of blocked senders.

Best for users accessing email via a browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).

Open and click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner. Navigate to Mail > Junk email .
