This paper addresses the question: What objective and subjective criteria define the “best” whiteboard animation videos? The analysis proceeds in three stages: (1) deriving evaluation criteria from cognitive load theory and marketing effectiveness research, (2) applying these criteria to five high-performing case studies, and (3) synthesizing actionable principles for creators.
