You cannot simply copy the ISO file to a USB drive; the computer will not boot from it. You must "burn" the image.

Major manufacturers like Dell provide official OS recovery tools. By entering a valid service tag on the Dell Support site, users may still be able to download a recovery image for their specific machine.
