Dial *60 from your landline phone. Follow the automated voice prompts to enter the specific code required to remove a number from your restricted list.

Third-party messaging tools manage block lists independently from your phone's native system. Go to > Privacy > Blocked contacts . Tap and hold the contact name or number. Select Unblock [Name/Number] . Tap your Profile Icon > Settings > Privacy . Select Blocked under the Relationships section.
