Structural engineer robs a bank to get himself incarcerated at Fox River State Penitentiary. His goal: break out his innocent brother Lincoln Burrows , who is on death row for a murder he didn’t commit (a conspiracy involving the Vice President). Michael has the prison’s blueprints tattooed on his body. He assembles a team of inmates (Sucre, Abruzzi, T-Bag, etc.). After many twists, they escape in the finale.
