The is a highly popular all-in-one ink tank printer valued for its low printing costs and reliable performance. However, like many Epson printers, it contains an internal counter that monitors the total volume of ink discharged during maintenance cycles into the waste ink pads. When this counter hits its maximum capacity, the printer completely locks down, flashing red lights and throwing a "Service Required" or "Waste Ink Pad Overflow" error message.
[Select Printer Model: L3250] ➔ [Port: Auto Selection / USB] ➔ [Particular Adjustment Mode] ➔ [Waste Ink Pad Counter]
: Under the Maintenance tab, select Waste ink pad counter . Check the boxes for "Main pad counter," click Check to see the current status, and then click Initialize to reset it.
When the internal count reaches 100%, the printer refuses to execute any further print commands. The alternating red status lights flash on the physical console.
