The movie revolves around Prem (played by Salman Khan), a carefree and wealthy young man who lives life on his own terms. He meets and falls in love with Pooja (played by Sonakshi Sinha), a beautiful and kind-hearted girl. However, their happiness is short-lived as Prem's father, Raja Dhan (played by Anil Kapoor), suffers a heart attack and is presumed dead.
