The Greek version of the hit reality format, titled , only recently launched its first season in late 2023 on SKAI TV. There is currently no "Season 13" for the Greek adaptation.

The first challenge, , was announced. The contestants had to venture into the Greek wilderness, where they would face their first trial: collecting edible plants and catching fish for their dinner. Dimitris, being the athlete that he is, took charge and led his team to success.
