Directed and written by Missa X , the film is a narrative sequel to an earlier production titled "406 Mulberry Rd". While "406 Mulberry Rd" featured Lana Rhoades and Robby Echo, "712 Mulberry Rd" shifts the focus to a revenge-based storyline involving their respective family members.
